Mr. Waldron has extensive experience in managing corporate buyouts, IPOs and corporate restructurings. He was the CEO of PRI Medical Technologies Inc. and Emergent Group Inc., a U.S. public company he acquired and turned profitable during his tenure. He was previously a Vice President in corporate finance with JP Morgan & Co. in New York. He holds an MBA with a major in finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in Chicago and received his undergraduate degree from the Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Haliburton is the former Vice President & General Manager of ATCO Structures - Canada & Alaska. His 25 years of modular manufacturing experience with ATCO includes positions starting and running new plants and divisions in Chile, Hungary, the U.S. and Canada. At ATCO he had bottom line responsibility for the Canadian operating unit inclusive of Estimating / Engineering, Sales & Leasing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Transportation, Field Operations, & Project Management. He recently served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Modular Building Institute.
Marco DeDominicis
Chief Executive Officer & Director
Mr. DeDominicis is a founder of Arcticor Structures Limited Partnership. Since 1990, Mr. DeDominicis has held various senior positions in the construction management, concrete formwork, real estate development, and investment industries. He is currently President of Con-Forte Contracting Company Ltd., and is a founder of Navigator Devleopment and Octagon Properties Ltd. He graduated from Carleton University.
Kelsy Kading
Senior Sales Manager
Mr. Kading is the former Territorial Sales Manager for ATCO Structures. He has a wide variety of experience in the modular structures industry, successfully dealing with projects ranging from customized individual units to large scale multi - functional, full service permanent work camps. During his tenure with ATCO Structures from 2003-2007, Kelsy dealt with a number of industries including oil sands operations with his sales revenue far exceeding any other division. Kelsy graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He maintains an active involvement in the community by volunteering with minor hockey, and applying the knowledge from time spent playing at the junior and college level.
